Divine Reflections Buttons
Even joined the visionary art community in 2005 with his series of divine reflections, a body of work he likes to describe as visionary portraiture for visionary people. The series has grown to 42 pieces, each a portrait that reflects an individual within the underground dance community, capturing a part of their essence into a work of art. His works have been influenced by a number of visionary artists, but perhaps most significantly by Victor Olenev who's totems served as a muse for the series.
Even creates the reflections using mixed-media techniques involving photography, painting, and photoshop. An extensive background in digital photography has had a heavy influence on the creation process. His pieces have shown nationally and internationally in solo, group and festival exhibitions.
